Who we are
About Us
We launched EPC LAW in 2013 as a Family Orientated Estate Planning and Legal Services company. We provide personalised solutions to meet your needs for Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Bereavement Assistance Service, Inheritance Tax Planning and Business Succession Planning. There’s no ‘one size fits all’ here! We take time to get to know you and your family. We appreciate that dying and related matters are not easy things to discuss; we pride ourselves on our sensitive approach.
Our leadership team has over 30 years of experience in this sector and continually strive to improve our knowledge base and the quality of our services.
In 2021 we launched a joint venture with Serenity Life, a company which had previously operated mostly in Scotland, with their Head Office in Glasgow. We now work hand in fist with them providing the same service levels we always have.
We have coverage in Scotland, England and Wales and our Head Office is in Henfield in West Sussex enabling us provide assistance no matter where you live.
Peace of Mind
Estate Planning can be daunting for anyone. It’s never comfortable to consider what might happen in the worst of circumstances. It’s important, when you ask someone to look after your affairs, that you deal with a reputable individual with professional standing!
Neil holds sufficient qualifications to operate as a Financial Adviser and is an Affiliate Member of STEP. We hold full Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance in line with Industry Standards.
At EPC LAW, we pride ourselves in our up to date knowledge of our industry as well as our professional attitude and ethical approach. The most important people in our organisation are our clients. We get to know you and make sure that your arrangements are in place to your benefit and those of your loved ones.

Neil Naismith
Director and Estate Planner
Neil Naismith
Director and Estate Planner
In 1999 he made the difficult decision to uproot his family and returned to the United Kingdom where he continued to forge a career in Financial Services until 2010. His particular speciality was assisting people in re-structuring their finances and protecting their families. He had been involved in Estate Planning from an early stage in his career both within the Banking Sector and in Financial Services.
Following the deaths of both of his parents over a 7 day period in 2010 and the resulting chaos of their estate; he chose to specialise in Estate Planning; assisting families mainly based in Sussex with their requirements. In 2013, he was appointed National Sales Manager for one of the largest estate planning companies in the United Kingdom and more latterly, he headed The Estate Planning Department within a large firm of solicitors. In his ongoing commitment to keeping his knowledge at the highest level Neil has started the journey to attain the STEP Diploma.
‘I believe that the time is right now to build something special where my strong belief that everyone deserves the same personalised service is delivered. No matter how large or small your estate; everyone deserves to be treated as what they are, a valuable person. There’s no one size fits all here!’

Lisa Chambers
Director and Office Manager
When she became a mother for the second time in 2000 she became involved with the local playgroup. As we know, cream always rises to the top and before long she was running the part time group with the support of specialist staff to assist with the little ones.
In recent years, Lisa decided to move back in to a full time career. She joined an Estate Planning Company and within 6 months was appointed as Personal Assistant to The National Sales Manager and a further 6 months saw her as the Office Manager, responsible for the day to day functioning of the company.
Lisa is a real asset to the company and strives to ensure that our clients are looked after 100% of the time.
